Character Animator for Isle of Decoys | September 2016

Worked in a group to animate the lead character in the animated film Isle of Decoys, released September of 2017.

Created the cover for the card game Nosh by Crafty Games.

Collaborated with a small team to create character designs for Steve Yockney's stage play, Blackberry Winter.

Art Director and Character Animator on film Stationary | May 2015

The film Stationary was created by my two team members and myself during the course of a 10 week ‘Short Short’ class. I supervised final film compositing, created assets, managed feedback and critique, while prioritizing goals to meet deadlines. The film was accepted into ASIFA Roll Yer Own 2015.

Collaborative Animator on film Starlight | April 2014

I collaborated with a large group of diverse filmmakers to animate on a short film called, Starlight. I streamlined workflow for the animation and prioritized specific areas of an animation production pipeline. Starlight has won the Wonderroot Local Filmmaker’s Night Jury’s Choice Award as well as being an Adobe Awards 2014 Semifinalist. Starlight is also Oscar qualifying and was featured on Cartoon Brew.

SCAD’s 24 Hour Generate Animation Competition | September 2014

Sponsor: Floyd County Productions | Challenge: Work as a team to create your own 1 minute version of the FX show Archer using the sound clip provided. My role was to create assets and coordinate with a large group of people to deliver a finished product in 24 hours.

(Placed first) Sponsor: Jake the Snake | Challenge: Work as a team to create a TV show pitch about Jake the Snake as well as an interactive element. My role was as a concept developer, asset creator and I managed a schedule for the group to stick to.


Leadership and Accomplishments

President of SAAS (SCAD Atlanta Animation Society) | 2013 - 2014.

I organized events, workshops, collaborative projects and helped keep the community involved in animation related news and events. I also managed records and reports for events, and coordinated a schedule with the other officers and members which provided a more organized environment for club members. The club received the Student Organization of the Year Award.
